Stay clear of the tree and any hanging or broken branches, and if it's anywhere near a power line, stay well back and do not touch it — call the utility company as well. We prioritize structure and access hazards and dispatch as fast as we safely can.
Do you work with insurance claims for storm damage?
Yes. We document the damage with photos before we start work and can provide a written scope of work, which most insurers want for a claim. We're not able to speak directly to your adjuster on your behalf, but we'll give you everything you need to support your claim.
Is emergency service available in the middle of the night?
